CHAIR OLSON announced that the only order of business would be                                                                  
HOUSE BILL  NO. 90, "An  Act relating to bonding  limitations and                                                               
confidentiality  of   records  and  information  of   the  Alaska                                                               
Industrial Development  and Export  Authority; and  providing for                                                               
an  effective date."  [Public  testimony  was previously  closed.                                                               
The  committee  previously  adopted   Amendment  1,  Labeled  26-                                                               
GH1043\A.1, Bannister, 2/17/09]                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
REPRESENTATIVE COGHILL moved to report HB 90, Version 26-                                                                       
GH1043\A,   as  amended,   out  of   committee  with   individual                                                               
recommendations and  the accompanying fiscal notes.   There being                                                               
no objection,  CSHB 90  (L&C) was reported  from the  House Labor                                                               
and Commerce Standing Committee.
